10 things men find highly unattractive in women

After a clerk in a grocery store commented on my damaged hair while we were speaking, I got quite self-conscious about it. I was taken aback when a man I'd been standing in front of for about 27 seconds recognized the texture of my hair simply by looking at me.

"Do guys truly notice those qualities about women?" I wondered. For the longest time, I assumed that guys were unconcerned about my hairdo or the clothing I wore that day, but I was wrong.

Here are a few traits that guys notice in women and find highly unattractive:

1. Excessive makeup

                     

                     I'm referring to a "cake face," an expression that screams overindulgence. It's better to keep your makeup basic and natural. Makeup isn't designed to hide your features; rather, it's meant to bring out your inherent attractiveness.

2. Immodesty

        Women who show a lot of flesh are thought to be attention seekers. The way you dress should convey respect and elegance, encouraging the men in your life to come to know you as a person rather than the person hiding under the clothing.

3. Dry skin

        Women are soft and delicate in a man's sight. When they come into contact with scaly skin, that picture is destroyed. Using a lotion to keep your skin smooth and moisturized does not need a lot of money or work.

4. Dramatic nails

        Men aren't fond of the current style of sparkling and dramatic nails, which is popular in the media. Having those nails looks like a lot of work; sticking to a basic neutral color is a simple way to keep things feminine without going crazy.

5. Nagging

        Anyone would be irritated by someone who continually complains. Maintain a low level of nagging; it will set you apart from other women.

6. Bad posture

        Make an effort to improve your posture. When you walk, try not to slouch or lean forward, and instead opt to walk with grace and confidence. This will pique the interest of males.

7. Excessive perfume

        Using perfume to mask your naturally pleasant fragrance is a certain way to turn guys off.

        You are no longer in high school. It's time to accept responsibility for your actions and decisions. No male wants to feel like he's babysitting a lady the entire time they're out together.
